This month we had the opportunity to work side by side with one of our valued customers to complete a tricky project in a very limited time frame.
Our customer completed a site survey on Friday morning of some compromised ducting and pipework on an oil rig.
He called us from the rig and we organised manufacturing sizes and confirmed the order within the hour.
Due to the working relationship we have built with our customer we were able to have the compensators and bolsters in production by 13:00 on Friday.
We had our workforce in over the weekend to ensure all the products were ready for despatch for the Monday morning.
The Compensators and bolsters arrived with at the end user’s depot by 18:00 Monday evening to be despatched by boat to the rig for our partners fitting team to fit on Tuesday Morning.
Thanks to our flexibility in production and drive to satisfy our customers’ requirements we were able to meet the tight deadline demands at very short notice.
