Quality Policy of KMK Compensators Limited
It is the policy of the company to provide products and/or services on time, in accordance with stated customer requirements and to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.
The achievement of high quality and consistency calls for a systematic and disciplined approach by all the employees in activities associated with the customer’s order, according to the principles of quality assurance.
The quality manual defines the management organisation responsible for the effectiveness of the quality system. The quality adminstrator is authorised and is responsible for implementing and maintaining the quality system defined in the manual and detailed in the operating procedures.
All operations shall be carried out as described in the manual and the operating procedures. Deviation from the procedures must first be notified to the quality administrator. The managing director is responsible for the final approval of all changes to precedures prior to implemenation.
It is part of the company’s training programmed that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the organisation.
This statment represents my commitment, on behalf of the company to quality procedures and a total quality organisation.

Bases on an analysis of the above issues of concern, interests of stakeholders and in consideration of its products and services, KMK Compensators Limited has determined the scope of the management system as follows:
Scope: Design manufacture and installation of fabric expansion joints and convoluted bellows.
The incorporation of CT Insulation increases the scope and adds:
Manufacture of smoke and fire curtains
The quality system applies to all processes, activities and employees and the company and is offered globally from its premises located at Morely Carr, Bradford BD12 0RA
The quality system exclusions
All clauses of ISO9001:2015 were determined to be applicable to KMK Compensators Limited.
